Foreign Worker Permit & Document Management
Ensure timely renewal of work permits (PLKS), visas, and passports.
Liaise with relevant authorities (e.g., Immigration Department, JTKSM, FOMEMA, MyEG, etc.) for permit-related matters.
Maintain and update foreign workers' records including passport details, permit expiry dates, and personal data.
Assist in the recruitment process for foreign workers, including liaising with approved agencies and government bodies.
Coordinate the arrival, medical check-up, orientation, and hostel arrangements for new foreign workers.
Monitor and address workers' welfare, grievances, and disciplinary issues.
Coordinate safety briefings, health screenings, and ensure adherence to workplace policies.
Monitor accommodation conditions to ensure compliance with JTK and relevant regulations.
Liaise with the hostel provider or supervisor to resolve issues related to housing and utilities.
Prepare documentation for internal and external audits (e.g., JTK, Immigration, ISO, MSPO, RSPO).
Maintain proper filing systems for easy retrieval and compliance with company SOPs and ISO standards.
Prepare periodic reports on permit status, expiry tracking, medical check-ups, and headcount.
Flag any potential compliance issues to management.
Requirements:
Education: Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Admin, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 1-3 years' experience in handling foreign workers administration.
Malaysian labour law, Employment Act 1955
Immigration and JTK requirements for foreign workers
Familiar with FOMEMA, MyEG, ePLKS, eQuota systems
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Pay: RM2,025.84 - RM4,598.73 per month
