Job Description

Perform daily administrative duties and handle documentation tasks Prepare, manage, and organize company forms, records, and correspondence Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general inquiries Provide support for office operations and facilitate coordination across departments Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure proper record-keeping Assist with any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements:



Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or clerical support Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Email) Proficient in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) to communicate with Mandarin-speaking principals Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Must be able to work in Gelang Patah

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
