- Process and follow up on sales orders.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and other teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Prepare quotations, reports, and sales documents.
- Update customer database and maintain CRM records.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in order planning.
- Support sales meetings, training, and general admin tasks.
Requirements
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales admin or coordination.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of order processing and inventory control is an advantage.
- Chinese to liaise with Mandarin-speaking principals.
- Responsible, organized, and a good team player.
