- Process sales orders and follow up on their progress.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and other teams for timely delivery.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Prepare quotations, reports, and other sales documents.
- Maintain and update customer database and CRM records.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with order planning.
- Support sales meetings, training sessions, and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales admin or coordination.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of order processing and inventory control is an advantage.
- Chinese to liaise with Mandarin-speaking principals.
- Responsible, organized, and a good team player.
