Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support on all HR functions such as managing employee database, attendance report analysis and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • Experienced in handling of local and foreigner recruitment, training activities, performance evaluation, payroll, rewards and benefits.
  • Review and streamline the HR processes and policies for continuous improvement.
  • Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure company comply with local Labour Laws and related statutory requirements.
  • Plan and monitor people development activities to meet employee competency and development objective.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in human resources field.
  • Proficient in prevailing labour laws, current HR best practices and legislations.
  • Able to read, write and converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Preferably Male applicant and able to travel extensively and stay at site.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
