1. Oversee the full spectrum of foreign workers related matters 2. Dealing with agencies and local authorities to submit the required documentation ie KDN, immigration, JTK, embassy etc 3. To support end-to-end activities of onboarding procedures, including making arrangements to pick up foreign workers from the airport upon their arrival, conducting briefings on safety and Malaysian culture and handling medical check-ups, setting bank accounts, etc. 4. Ensure that the basic needs of foreign employees, such as accommodation, basic amenities, transportation, and healthcare, are met by working with all relevant parties both internally and externally. 5. To register and maintain worker record both hardcopy and HR system 6. Any Ad-hoc task assigned by the Superior from time to time. Job Requirements 1. Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, or equivalent. 2. At least 1 year of related working experience shall be sufficient. 3. Must willing to travel/on the road extensively. 4. Advantage if they have experience dealing with government agencies etc 5. Must be organize and diligent since the person needs to handle a lot of documentation 6. Honest/exercise full integrity 7. Candidate must be willing to work in SHAH ALAM Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month Benefits:
