The HR & Operation Support Assistant provides administrative and coordination support for HR and daily outlet operations. This role helps ensure smooth recruitment, onboarding, staff documentation, and communication between outlets and management.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment tasks.
Handle new staff onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave tracking.
Help coordinate outlet staff scheduling, shift changes, and manpower needs.
Liaise with outlet supervisors for HR-related matters (discipline, performance, etc.).
Monitor training requirements.
Assist in preparing HR letters, memos, and basic reports.
Support operations team in tracking stock reports, incident logs, and outlet updates.
Coordinate communication between outlets and management.
Perform general admin tasks and assist with special projects as needed.
Requirements
Minimum STPM.
Good communication and people skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
Must have own transportation
- travelling to outlets is required (claims will be provided).
