Working across the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia, GMG has introduced more than 120 brands into its markets. Responsibilities : Responsible for maintaining the HRIS. Assist HR team to sustain and enhance the onboarding process for employee and business. Validate post joining documents, any missing data to be gathered with immediate communication and coordination. Manages employee filing and archiving as per defined company guidelines. Assist new joiners throughout the onboarding process and make sure all boxes are ticked on checklist. Maintain effective communication throughout the process with all stakeholders. Execute employee related transactions (ELC) accurately and within the set deadlines for accurate payroll processing. Support employee and HR Business partner with employee related letters such as review letters, promotion letters, transfer letters, disciplinary letters, etc in a timely and accurate manner. Responds to employee queries and requests regarding employee letters, HR policies, career development and personal issues as necessary. Contribute as a HR team member to develop and/or enhance policies, procedures and systems to support HR best practice. Assist on the off-boarding formalities and achieve clearance from all stakeholders within the set timelines. Separate employee records from the system to assist on the payroll calculations. Maintain proper tracker for Onboarding and Offboarding to help in reporting and validation. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Human Resources preferred A minimum of 3 - 5 years of relevant experience Experience in SAP is preferred Strong English & Bahasa Melayu language skills (written and spoken). Knowledge of Chinese language will be an added advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications. Ability to maintain confidentiality, adaptability/continuous learning, attention to detail and collaborating with others/facilitation.
