Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR Intern to assist our HR department with administrative and HR-related tasks. The HR Intern\xe2\x80\x99s responsibilities include updating employee absence records and filing HR documents accordingly.

Responsibilities:

• Support HR operations team with day-to-day HR administrative works including personnel file administration and audit
• Perform data entry and contract preparation for renewal cases
• Assist in benefits administration and attend to employees\xe2\x80\x99 inquiries
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities
• Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor\'s Degree in any relevant field.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Demonstrates proactiveness and good attitudes
• Duration: 6 months
• Preferably can start immediately
