We are looking for someone with:

Solid written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships

Effective conflict management skills

Good knowledge and understanding of the mission, vision, culture, mandate and operational challenges of both the business unit and the division

Understanding of the company\xe2\x80\x99s direction and values

Effective influence skills with the ability to achieve results through others

Solid HR specialist knowledge in one HR discipline

On the job you will:

Provides HR advice and consulting to client base directly and/or via support of HR Business Partners

Provides support and champion DEI efforts, Employee Engagement Efforts, Stars of Excellent, Programs & Initiatives underway that require HR Support (example Investment Division Rotation Program, 2YR Analyst program); RTO

Partner with line management on a variety employee issues

Provide effective delivery of HR services to the division i.e. staffing, job evaluation, training, consulting support

Lead and/or partner on annual HR initiatives such as performance management and the annual compensation cycle

Provide employee career and / or performance counseling on an as-required basis
