On the job you will:
Provides HR advice and consulting to client base directly and/or via support of HR Business Partners
Provides support and champion DEI efforts, Employee Engagement Efforts, Stars of Excellent, Programs & Initiatives underway that require HR Support (example Investment Division Rotation Program, 2YR Analyst program); RTO
Partner with line management on a variety employee issues
Provide effective delivery of HR services to the division i.e. staffing, job evaluation, training, consulting support
Lead and/or partner on annual HR initiatives such as performance management and the annual compensation cycle
Provide employee career and / or performance counseling on an as-required basis
