Support payroll ta sks for Europe countries. . Ensuring that payroll activities, results and processes are compliant with company policies and statutory requirement. . Responsible for payroll processes and ensure the accuracy and timeliness. . Process Payroll Reconciliation to identify discrepancies. . Participate in retrospective review meetings with payroll vendor. . Perform post payroll reporting and support clarifications from teams . Exploring opportunities to simplify and automate payroll processes to ensure maximum cost-efficiency and effectiveness. . Temporary assignments or projects as the lead or team member. . Resolve employees\' enquiries about their pay slips, contracts, absence management etc. Job Qualifications . Bachelor\'s degree in relevant discipline (Degree in Human Resources) . Minimum of 2-3 years of Payroll operations knowledge or practical experience in HR/Payroll regional HR/payroll experience in a multinational environment is preferred. . Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English). . A team player with pleasant personality, good attitude, and the ability to work independently. . Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail. . Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion. . Strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet tight deadlines. . Good spreadsheet skills especially in Excel. . Data Analysis .
