Support payroll tasks for Europe countries. Ensuring that payroll activities, results and processes are compliant with company policies and statutory requirement. Responsible for payroll processes and ensure the accuracy and timeliness. Process Payroll Reconciliation to identify discrepancies. Participate in retrospective review meetings with payroll vendor. Perform post payroll reporting and support clarifications from teams Exploring opportunities to simplify and automate payroll processes to ensure maximum cost-efficiency and effectiveness. Temporary assignments or projects as the lead or team member. Resolve employees\' enquiries about their pay slips, contracts, absence management etc. Job Qualifications . Bachelor\'s degree in relevant discipline (Degree in Human Resources) . Minimum of 2-3 years of Payroll operations knowledge or practical experience in HR/Payroll regional HR/payroll experience in a multinational environment is preferred. . Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English). . A team player with pleasant personality, good attitude, and the ability to work independently. . Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail. . Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion. . Strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet tight deadlines. .
