Requirements:
20 years old and above
Possess at least an
SPM (Malaysian Certificate of Education)
or higher qualification
Accounting knowledge & experience
would be an added advantage
Must be able to speak and write in
Mandarin
Experienced
in recruiting and managing a large number of workers
Polite and
confident in communication
Responsible
and committed to assigned tasks
Proficient or able to use a
computer
Able to take instructions and
physically resilient
Must have a
valid driving license
Willing to
work out of town
when required
Job Scope:
Prepare and process worker payroll (attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions)
Maintain and update worker personal records, contracts, and documents
Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies
Manage and supervise factory workers
Conduct interviews for worker recruitment
Record and report daily worker attendance
Resolve any issues related to workers promptly
Must be willing to be on call 24 hours
Carry out any ad-hoc tasks or assignments as instructed by superior/management
