Responsibilities
Process payroll for all employees on time, including calculating wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll and tax laws, including calculating and filing tax reports and payments.
Maintain and update payroll records and employee data with a high degree of confidentiality.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues and benefits.
Generate payroll reports for management, publish payroll dashboards, and reconcile payroll accounts to resolve discrepancies.
Coordinate with HR and finance departments to ensure data accuracy and support overall HR operations.
Qualifications and skills
Proven experience as a Payroll Executive or in a similar role.
Knowledge of HR Payroll systems
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
Able to work independently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees and other departments.
