About Our Client
Our client is expanding and seeking a versatile HR & Procurement Admin Executive who can manage both Human Resources functions and Procurement operations. This role is ideal for someone who is meticulous, self-driven, and capable of handling multi-department responsibilities with professionalism.
Job Scope
HR Responsibilities
Handle daily HR operations: recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, training, payroll coordination, and performance admin.
Maintain HR files, documents, and records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in updating HR policies, SOPs, and support cross-department communication.
Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and respond to staff enquiries.
Support employee engagement activities and general HR administration.
Procurement & Admin
Manage purchasing of food, non-food items, and office/operational supplies.
Full procurement cycle: sourcing, quotation comparison, negotiation, ordering, and delivery follow-up.
Maintain purchase records and update systems.
Conduct market research and cost analysis.
Coordinate facility maintenance and vendor services.
Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirements
3+ years HR experience; procurement/admin experience is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese typing.
Strong Chinese & English communication skills.
Detail-minded, proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
Strong interest in HR and cross-functional work.
