This role overseeing the execution of quality assurance and compliance audits. The incumbent plays a strategic role in orchestrating training programs to enhance capabilities of HR People Service members handling tasks through tickets and chats. By cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, this incumbent contributes significantly to the centres operational excellence, aligning services with industry standards and regulatory requirements while fostering a dynamic learning environment for the HR people services team.
