A. Key Responsibilities
Understand job descriptions and hiring managers' requirements to research and identify suitable talent pools.
Source, screen, and assess candidates' suitability for open positions.
Build and maintain good relationships through effective communication with candidates and internal consultants.
Review employment applications and conduct background checks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook) prior to candidate submission.
Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment process and propose effective solutions to improve hiring outcomes.
Achieve monthly recruitment targets as set by management.
Update and maintain accurate candidate information in the Versatile Creation database (company shared drive).
Prepare and submit weekly dashboard reports and update PIC tracking sheets.
Perform any other duties assigned by superiors from time to time.
B. Requirements
Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's Degree; preferably in Human Resources, Business Management, or related fields.
Hands-on experience in posting job advertisements on social media platforms and job boards.
Energetic, positive, and sociable personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Critical thinker with good problem-solving abilities.
Team player with strong time-management and organisational skills.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
