Job Summary:

We are hiring an HR Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment and support our organization's growth. The role requires strong sourcing abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities:

Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate or conduct interviews. Assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Maintain regular communication with candidates and provide timely updates. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. Provide guidance on interviewing, candidate evaluation, and selection processes. Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact to offer stage. Serve as a brand ambassador and promote the company's values to candidates. Stay updated on oil and gas industry trends and recruitment best practices. Recommend process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). Minimum 2 to 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the oil and gas drilling sector. Strong understanding of sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessment techniques. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a remote team. High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical recruitment and diversity.
