EYZ Global is looking for a

HR Recruiter Intern

to support our recruitment team remotely. This role provides hands-on exposure to real recruitment work, including candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination across different industries.

Key Responsibilities:



Source candidates using job portals, social media, and internal databases
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates remotely
Assist in managing recruitment pipelines and tracking candidates
Support job postings and basic employer branding activities
Handle recruitment-related administrative tasks

Requirements:



Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus)
Strong interest in recruitment and HR
Self-disciplined and able to work independently in a remote environment
Basic familiarity with job platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) is an advantage
Good attitude, fast learner, and responsible
