- Do business development and cooperate with clients- cold calling of clients
- Talent Sourcing - (Manage the full recruitment process; from sourcing, screening, recruiting and selection to final offering to successful candidates)
- Coordinating and conducting interviews for potential candidates
- Manage client and candidate accounts and build strong relationships with them
- Provide consultation and career advice to clients and candidates
- Training is provided hence no prior experience is welcome!
