Requirements
What you will bring
Minimum 1 year working experience from HR or Recruitment field.
Bachelor's Degrees in Human Resources, Information Technology, Psychology, Engineering or related field [Min CGPA 3.00]
Highly motivated with strong ambition, sales-driven, and passionate about recruitment.
Resilient and results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding performance targets.
Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills to foster long-term relationships and drive business growth.
Must possess own transport and be able to travel within Klang Valley.
Responsibilities
What You Will Do
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions to exceed expectations.
Handle the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, recommending suitable candidates, and ensuring successful onboarding.
Manage high-volume sourcing through job portals, social media, referrals, and talent database.
Maintain workforce stability by ensuring high attendance, low attrition, and provide timely replacements when needed.
Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to create a reliable and engaged talent pool.
