About the role

As a Reporting Analyst, you will work closely with our Human Resources stakeholders to understand their requirements and build automated solutions to provide data-driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Create reports in SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
• Design, develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Train end-users on the effective usage of Power BI as part of the Analytics Centre of Excellence.
• Collaborate with data engineering to ensure data accuracy, completeness and compliance.
• Develop and maintain documentation for all digital enablement solutions.

Additionally, experience with Power Apps and Power Automate is highly preferred, enabling you to:

• Automate business processes and workflows using Power Automate, increasing efficiency.
• Build custom solutions using Power Apps to streamline business processes, enhancing productivity.
• Integrate these with Power BI reports to provide end-users with a seamless experience.

Qualifications and skills

• Able to work effectively with a wide range of cross-functional senior stakeholders.
• At least a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in HR, business, computing, statistics, mathematics or science.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite is required, accreditation desirable.
• Experience of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery suite would be a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy laws would also be an advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience creating Power BI solutions across multiple functional areas.
• Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and M language.
• Ability to simplify information and represent it visually for a broad audience.
