Brief description The Human Resources/Support Function Manager drives HR and office administration practices and objectives that will foster an employee oriented, high-performance culture with an emphasis on empowerment, quality, productivity, support to other departments, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for carrying out processes and reporting on metrics that support the achievement of the organization\xe2\x80\x99s business goals. Main Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for supporting multiple units of a company or organization, prepares reports, and sets budgets and manage company day to day operations. 2. Set tools and objectives for department or unit. 3. Participate in developing policies and procedures. 4. Determine salary brackets. 5. Handle employee relations. 6. Attend and preside over meetings. 7. Maintain employee records. 8. Set goals for each department. 9. Clearly communicate goals to department heads. 10. Measure the success of each department. 11. Manage support staff. 12. Delegate responsibility. 13. Generate and present reports on departmental goals. 14. Participate in seminars and conferences. 15. Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs; 18. Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment, and recommend needed changes; 19. Analyze and modify compensation and benefit policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements; 20. Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants; 21. Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures; 22. Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives; 23. Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations; 24. Plan, organize, direct, control or coordinate the personnel, training, or labor relations activities of an organization; 25. Represent the organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations; 26. Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems. 27. preparing payroll 28. Bachelor\'s degree in human resources or a related field; 2. Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, to motivate, develop, and direct people as they work, and identify the best people for the job; 3. Ability to be aware of others\' reactions and understanding why they react as they do, to use logic and reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, and to bring others together and trying to reconcile differences. 4. Good experience of office management and admiration Knowledge, skills and abilities 1. Familiar with ISO 9001-2015. 2. Possess 3 years min. in handling company HR. 3. Fluent in English both oral and written is a must. 4. Good in operating computer (especially Microsoft Office). 5. Independent, high initiative, self-driven person and able to work under pressure. 6. Able to work in team and excellent interpersonal skill. 7. Advanced working knowledge of Excel and strong database skills Competencies (in order of importance) 1.
