Our client is a worldwide established MNC in electronics and semiconductors business. This is a new set up project in Pasir Gudang, Johor Bahru.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor
To be part of HR division, lead the team of recruitment and compensation & benefits.
To be responsible of overall recruitment including direct and indirect labour.
To manage expatriate visa application, employment pass, accommodation and other arrangement.
To develop, implement, update and administer of compensation and benefits related to policies and programs comply with Employment Act.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree/Diploma with 8 years of experience preferably in manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of Immigration, ESD requirements & system familiarization
Must have strong organizational, analytical, problem solving, and management skills.
Strong leadership skill that able to provide appropriate coaching to develop the next level
Willingness to put in effort to do the job right the first time.
Helpful, good listener and approachable for all level of staff
o be able to drive changes and be a change agent
