Our client is a Malaysian brand with over 38 years of experience as a courier service provider. In line with their growth plan, they are seeking for talents who is \xef\xbb\xbfexperienced in the International Business. The role includes the nature of Business Development and lead in managing and strategically plan the annual business performance.

Job Responsibilities

• \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfHandle end-to-end payroll processing, including calculating wages, salaries, bonuses, commissions, and other compensation.

• Oversee the administration of the payroll software system.
• \xef\xbb\xbfHandle payroll-related inquiries
• Coordinate and support payroll audits
• \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfMaintain up-to-date payroll records accurately, \xef\xbb\xbfincluding employee details, salary changes, and other relevant information.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies related to payroll.\xef\xbb\xbf
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

• \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfBachelor\'s degree in human resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfProven experience in Payroll-related role
• \xef\xbb\xbfFamiliar with payroll software/ HRIS
• Knowledge of payroll principles, tax regulations, and labor laws.
• Able to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Able to manage and prioritize the tasks.
