It\xe2\x80\x99s an opportunity to grow your skills and experience as a valued member of the team.Supporting the Head of Regional HR Service Delivery APAC within the Global HR Function. This role will be responsible for assisting with supporting the delivery of end-to-end HR services for managers, employees, and HR. It will be critical to assisting with the achievement HR excellence across AIG, will coordinate with internal stakeholders to help identify business requirements and participate in the execution of solutions.s

• In collaboration with the Head of HR Service Delivery, assist with documenting employee life-cycle management processes.
• Review and identify opportunities of improvement for employee and manager experience within HR operation.
• Proactive risk management, monitoring and adherence to country legislative compliance review.
• Monitor daily urgent/escalated HR services requests.
• Collaborate with the Centres of Excellence and external vendors to address issues and identify/document areas of improvements to maximize effectiveness.
• Be a valued, trusted, hands on and \xe2\x80\x98in the details\xe2\x80\x99 partner, working directly with internal HR employees and Centers of Excellence (Total Rewards, Talent, Reporting, Employee Relations).
• Establish relationships with our outsourcing providers to assist with delivering HR operational excellence across all domains in HR.
• Provide payroll oversight support with outsourced vendor and service partner.
• Partner closely with others, internal and external, to align processes, systems, and metrics with organizational goals.
• Monitor and report on service levels.
• Participate in activities associated with the execution of HR Operations Projects.

• Experience with HR Shared Service environment and managed processes for a global organization.

• Must be able to successfully interact with various levels within the organization.
• Exceptional customer focus and service orientation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
