Company Description

Our client is one of the global leading companies in market intelligence & data analytics based in Kuala Lumpur.

• Ensure the delivery of HR Services is executed efficiently and in compliance with local rules and regulations.
• First-tier support to HRBP for all local administrative tasks and execution of HR-related matters.
• Own and support the employee\xe2\x80\x99s lifecycle processes in HR Information System (Workday) Eg. data management, absence management, benefits management & etc.
• Prepare HR documentation, Eg. employment contracts, benefits, payroll enrolment documentation & etc.
• Support the annual compensation review process including the annual merit and bonus planning process.
• Organize and maintain employee records driving digital solutions to centralize, streamline and expand HR Services scope throughout the region.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding internal employee communications, HR guidelines and processes.
• Participate in internal and external audits and checks on data changes to ensure the accuracy and proper maintenance of documents.
• Participate and continuous improvement of HR processes in maintaining standard operating procedures and ensuring policies are up to date.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of relevant HR Operations experience
• Sound user knowledge of HR Information Systems. Experience with Workday is a plus
• Experience working in an HR Shared Services environment.
• Ability to work in an international team comprised of team members from different locations with different cultures and backgrounds.
• Strong time management skills, communication skills and personal efficiency.
• Resourceful, team player, positive and problem-solving attitude with attention to details.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
• Proficient in MS Office & Outlook.
• Proficient in both written and verbal English.
• Proficiency in the Chinese language will be a plus.
