This position will be located at Kuala Lumpur Sentral (Menara 1 Sentral) and it is easy to get to by public transportation as it is located at the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Main responsibilities

  • Manage payroll for Malaysia & Singapore which includes accurate & timely processing of payroll, submission of payroll statutory payment, keep track & maintaining employees\xe2\x80\x99 entitlement and payroll records and other payroll related functions.
  • Assist in handling administration of annual salary increment and bonus administration.
  • Maintain & updating employees\xe2\x80\x99 personal records and personal files.
  • Handle employee leave management, tracking and follow-up for the assigned region.
  • Liaison with governmental agencies such as EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, EIS, HRDF, CPF, IRAS, MOM, WICA, etc in relation to all legislative requirement matters.
  • Manage all the administrative tasks on appointment, confirmation, transfer, redesignation, increment, resignation of employees and other HR letters.
  • Prepare payment requisition forms and other HR related documents.
  • Handle on regular updates on employee information in SAP Concur (e-claim system).
  • Supports HRIS (Workday/ GIMS/ ServiceNow) system and act as business partner support for HRIS matters for the assigned region.
  • Manage, coordinate and administer expatriate/TCNs related matters such as Employment/Dependent Pass, Professional Visit Pass, Resident Pass (RP-T) and other passes relevant to the employment, school fees, home travel and etc.
  • Manage all employee insurance benefits related matters such as employee movement registration/ deletion, yearly insurance renewal, insurance claim, insurance tracking reports, claim ratio monitoring, payments etc.
  • Communicate insurance benefits and claim processes to employees effectively.
  • Facilitate employee activities such as source & distribute Company gifts to employees, health & insurance talk, employee engagement activities, etc
  • Manage employee training requirements/needs such as coordinate employee in-house training, HRDF claimable, support in training implementation project at regional level when required.
  • Source for and administer public training programs as identified in the PA and Confirmation Evaluation forms and to maintain the corresponding training records.
  • To follow up on e-learnings and performance appraisal completion rate within the turn-around time.
  • Responsible for end-to-end cycle of recruitments such as onboarding, stay interview, exit interview etc.
  • Manage day-to day operations related to HR tasks and ensure daily operational task are carried out effectively and efficiently.
  • To carry out any other instructions as and when assigned by the management.

  • Ensure all terms and conditions of employment are in compliance with the local legislation and statutory laws and regulations.
  • Quality and timeliness of work carried out according to agreed KPIs.
  • Quality and timeliness of reports provided according to agreed KPIs.
  • Accuracy of all information provided.
Qualifications

Mandatory requirements
  • Diploma or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources Management, or any related field.
  • Min 3 years of work experience in HR or related HR functions
  • Well-verse in the Employment Act and Labour Laws with good knowledge of prevailing HR practice.
  • Proficient in Ms Office (i.e Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able to work with all levels of people and a team player who can support others within the team
  • Able to multi-task and work with minimum supervision & under pressure
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possess high level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Meticulous, responsible, mature and strong problem-solving skills
  • Good in planning and coordination
