Responsibilities:

Employee Service Related (multiple countries):

  • Provide HR transactional support including On-board, Off-board, Probation, Internal Transfer, Retirement, Personal file management, etc. to managers and employees with high service standards, policy compliance, and process efficiency to deliver good customer experience in multiple countries.
  • Handle employee & managers questions & inquires by leveraging HR ticketing system in multiple countries.
  • Be the key driver for HR system utilization (incl. managers & employees coaching).
  • Partner with internal HR departments (e.g., payroll team, employee data team, HRBP teams, C&B, L&D) to provide integrated and sustainable solution for employees, managers, and HR teams.
  • Support both internal/external audit requirements.
  • Drive policies/processes/systems standardization and continuous improvements.
  • Support/Join/Lead HR OPEX improvement projects.
  • Others as assigned by the manager.
HR Generalist Related (Malaysia only):
  • Support talent acquisition activities including sourcing selection, interview arrangement, etc., till employment contracting.
  • Support to coach manager and employee to understand and execute Performance Development Connection (PDC).
  • Support company training program.
  • Support various HR program & initiative, such as Annual Employee Engagement Survey, Global Wellness program, Employee Assistance Program, etc.,
  • Support Employer branding initiatives, University partnership.
  • Be responsible for purchase requisition process within HR (including vendor registration, PR)
  • Be responsible to comply with all government reporting procedure & requirements, e.g., training registration, annual government survey etc.
  • Support HR report preparation.
  • Others as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or above, with major in Human Resource is preferred.
  • At least 5-year HR experience in MNC and in HR Shared Services.
  • Familiar with local labor law/legislation and HR shared services processes/model.
  • Fluent English in both oral and writing.
  • Good in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point; Visio skill is a plus).
