Our 180+ team members are located in 27 countries and bring experience as entrepreneurs, investors, and operators from some of the world\'s leading technology companies.Job Scope:Develop, manage, and implement successful and consistent people initiatives, processes, systems, tools, playbooks, solutions, and programs to support our team throughout the employment lifecycle. This role will perform essential functions across our APAC team and beyond as needed to support the greater global People team. \ Essential Functions

  • Under the direction of the Global People team, carries day-to-day responsibility for all talent management, employee development, performance management, resource allocation, cross-functional alignment, and employee relations, including aligning compensation and benefit structures for APAC.
  • Serves as the 500 Culture Keeper in APAC organizing social events and activities, and ensuring an inclusive and engaging employee experience.
  • Owns the onboarding and offboarding process in APAC including conducting new hire orientation, and exit interviews, and serves as the offboarding company representative in the region.
  • In collaboration with the global People team, oversees health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
  • Collaborates closely with the General Partners and key stakeholders in APAC to create a positive, growth-oriented, and productive workplace.
  • Participates as a critical member of the People team to execute the employee engagement strategy. Participates in ongoing analysis of key data, identifies trends, and recommends opportunities.
  • Serves as the general point of contact for human resource needs in APAC.

Technical Requirements
  • Mac & PC Proficient
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office Suite
  • Tech savvy and able to learn and adopt new technologies.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Experience: 2 or more years of relevant human resource and talent acquisition experience.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Fluent English speaker
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience using HRIS and ATS systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Lever, Culture Amp, Sapling, ChartHop.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to travel globally and be onsite at a 500 office or attend key events as required. Travel percentage 10%.
