This is a HR Specialist role supporting the Tier 1 & Tier 2 of HR queries for Japan Region.
To support Tier 1 & Tier 2 (Call support and Data management)
Assess and resolve customer inquiries and issues (via phone, chat and case management tool) or escalate to the next level of service within the appropriate functional area as per the service delivery routing structure
Process HR transactions, logging and closing cases, and ensuring data quality including but not limited to the following:
Data management
Organization management
Compensation administration
Recruiting operations
Create, update, store relevant employment documentation
Conduct data quality reviews, monitor and correct processing errors
Provide feedback and information to support high quality information in the HR Solutions
Assist in testing upgrades and new system functionality
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

3-5 years\' experience working in HR operations or other transactional / operational work
Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent work experience
Bilingual: Fluent in Japanese (Added advantage: Mandarin)
Experience in using Workday system (Preferable)
Specialized knowledge in HR
Strong Data Management skills
Ability to navigate computerized data entry system or other relevant applications
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong customer service orientation
High level of integrity and confidentiality
