  • Provide HR business partnering to business lines Identify and coordinate the implementation of HR solutions to improve business performance
  • Provide daily HR support to management and work effectively with internal group service departments
  • Assist in the various HR functions but no limited to performance management, benefits administration, employee relations, payroll movements, HR audits etc
  • Implement, administer and communicate employee welfare, wellness and health
  • Drive and participate actively in Employee Engagement activities and initiatives
  • Perform any other ad-hoc projects or duties when required
  • Assist in employee exit process and clearance
  • Handle the orientation of new staff as well as the preparation of an orientation kit that will be used by new employees as well as ensuring that briefing by other departments.
  • Provides Payroll team with information pertaining to new hires, terminations, changes to existing staff etc.
  • Coordinate with Immigration Provider regarding Employment Pass application for expatriate.
Talent Acquisition
  • Manage full life-cycle recruitment including developing search strategies, actively sourcing candidates, pre-screening and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, negotiating offers and facilitating the hiring and on-boarding process.
  • Build relationships and communicates consistently and proactively throughout the recruitment process to ensure all participants in the hiring process are updated and well informed.
  • Create a positive candidate experience (for both the selected and non-selected candidates) throughout the entire recruiting process.
  • Ensure all open requisitions and candidate activities are captured in the applicant tracking system (SmartRecruiters) in a timely and accurate manner
  • Support other ad-hoc recruitment projects when required
Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in HR and TA/recruitment function. Well-versed with Employment Act and statutory guideline.
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Mature, professional, self-motivated and with good interpersonal skill, can work with utmost confidentiality and trust
  • Ability to work in a demanding, dynamic, and evolving work culture.
