Job Title: HR Specialist - Remote Department: Human Resources Reports To: HR Manager Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced HR Specialist to join our team in a remote position. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as experience in a variety of HR functions. They will be a highly organized and efficient individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Provide comprehensive HR support to all employees, including: \xc2\xb7 Handling S\xe2\x80\x99pore payroll \xe2\x80\x93 20 employees and benefits administration \xc2\xb7 Prepared and submission CPF, Insurance, levy, Income Tax and Work Permit \xc2\xb7 Managing employee records \xc2\xb7 Conducting performance reviews \xc2\xb7 Develop and implement HR policies and procedures \xc2\xb7 Stay up-to-date on Employee leaves tracking matter \xc2\xb7 Assist with recruitment , resigning and hiring activities \xc2\xb7 Promote a positive and inclusive work environment \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with other HR professionals to ensure the smooth operation of the HR department Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 STPM/Diploma/Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or a related field \xc2\xb7 2+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, payroll, and benefits administration \xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of HR principles and practices \xc2\xb7 Proficient in Microsoft Office software \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills \xc2\xb7 Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team \xc2\xb7 Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines \xc2\xb7 Strong organizational and time management skills Preferred Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Experience in a remote work environment \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of HR laws and regulations \xc2\xb7 Experience in recruitment and hiring \xc2\xb7 Ability to conduct training and presentations Benefits: \xc2\xb7 Competitive salary and benefits package \xc2\xb7 Flexible work schedule \xc2\xb7 Opportunity to work from home \xc2\xb7 Need to come to Office when require \xc2\xb7 Chance to make a real impact on a growing company To Apply: Please submit your resume and cover letter to [myzipbinds@gmail.com] Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Freelance, Fresh graduate Salary: RM500.00 - RM600.00 per month Benefits:
