We are Singapore based Recruitment company, we are looking for talents who are able to work with us remotely. Training will be provided.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their manpower requirements and support their staffing needs
  • Source for suitable candidates via networking, social media, advertising and referrals
  • Conduct interviews with candidates and assess their suitability based on client\'s requirement and needs
  • Create profiling of the suitable candidates to be proposed to the engaged clients for consideration
  • Provide professional advice to clients and candidates to manage the expectation \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate interviews arrangement between clients and candidates
  • Coordinate and negotiate on salary offer on behalf of clients and candidates
  • Perform post-recruitment follow up with clients and candidates
Requirement
  • Diploma and above in HR or related
  • bilingual in English and Chinese
  • self-motivated
Work from home. Job Types: Full-time, Commission Salary: RM1,700.00 - RM17,000.00 per month Education:
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Talent acquisition: 1 year (Preferred)
