  • Assist with all internal and external HR related matters
  • Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures
  • Prepare and update HR policies and employment records as related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
  • Explain human resource policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
  • Ensure new hire/exiting employees\xe2\x80\x99 administrative documents and files are processed and completed
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activities, assist with budget monitoring
  • Process all personnel action forms and ensure proper approval in systems
  • Coordinate training programs, such as new joiner orientation, ME modules
  • Support employee engagement activities
Payroll, Expatriate and Mobility Management
  • Responsible for all payroll and employment permit processes and liaising with 3rd parties as necessary to complete tasks
Employee Relations
  • Address any employee relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations
Others
  • Work on ad hoc projects, other duties as assigned
  • Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices
Education and/or Experience.
  • BSc/MSc in Human Resources or relevant field
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
Qualifications
  • Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist in Shared Services environment
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to quickly and accurately manipulate large amounts of electronic data using spreadsheets, databases, and various other types of files
