\xc2\xb7 To assist in maintaining employees discipline and monitor daily attendance of production worker. \xc2\xb7 To manage and maintain the cleanliness and facilities in hostel. \xc2\xb7 To report all damage and repairs needed in the hostel. (Liaises with Maintenance Department). \xc2\xb7 To assist Superior in hostel management process compliance to the local law and rules & regulations. \xc2\xb7 To manage the welfare and discipline of foreign workers in the hostel. \xc2\xb7 To ensure hostel occupant abide to hostel & factory policies, rules and regulations. \xc2\xb7 To carry out hostel spot check from time to time. \xc2\xb7 To handle staff welfare and general affairs, including checking hostel workers facilities, safety & health and 5S. \xc2\xb7 Handle FOMEMA check-up (bring to clinic / hospital in the absence of driver) and all related to foreign worker matter. \xc2\xb7 Ensure hostel, worker\xe2\x80\x99s canteen and its surrounding environment are upkeep and well maintained. \xc2\xb7 The ideal candidate should have some basic knowledge of facilities & hostel management, and should be mobile while willing to work odd hours and remain on call during off duty and rest days. \xc2\xb7 Listen & feedback employees\xe2\x80\x99 grievances to superior and implementing disciplinary procedures. \xc2\xb7 Any other duties as assigned by management from time to time. Job Requirement: \xc2\xb7 Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia. \xc2\xb7 Must possess at least a SPM and above. \xc2\xb7 At least 2 year of working experience in Human Resources. \xc2\xb7 Applicant must be willing to work in Juru. \xc2\xb7 Applicant must have own transport and driving license. \xc2\xb7 Basic knowledge MS Office. \xc2\xb7 Candidates must be self-discipline, responsible, strong in enforcement & able to manage situation. \xc2\xb7 Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills. \xc2\xb7 Able to work independently with minimal supervision and multitasking. \xc2\xb7 Full-Time positions available.
