Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate, minimum 10 years of work experience in shared service domain
  • Minimum 3 years of Workday experience including for all types of data (HCM, compensation, termination, recruiting, talent & performance)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing team
  • Added advantage: ServiceNOW HR tool experience, knowledge on Alteryx, Power apps
Area of Responsibilities:

SLAs:
  • Team Leader is responsible to ensure SLAs are met by the team
  • Act as a face of the team with the process partners for day-to-day issues by resolving bottlenecks, leading regular meetings with stakeholders
  • Monitoring SLAs and taking quick corrective actions to deliver the agreed commitments
  • Create and monitor the issue logs monthly to ensure all the issues are getting closed timely
  • Manage and escalate any distortion in volume, escalation trends to seek required help
People Management - effectively manage and supervise a team by:
  • Working closely with each team member and reviewing their performance on a periodic basis
  • Coaching and providing developmental inputs
  • Conduct monthly performance reviews for each team member
  • Keeping the team motivated through assigning projects, team activities, creating creative training opportunities
  • Focus on developing the budding talent by providing leading opportunities for the team, aligning the relevant members in the Team Leader specific tasks
Process Improvement:
  • Encourage team members to think out of the box and enhance the existing processes, review their ideas, provide meaningful suggestions for improvements, work with the team member to present and implement
  • Help other team members by the virtue of domain knowledge to build on their ideas
Operations:
  • Perform allocation of work and checks of the fairness of work and quality control allocation for the respective team
  • Work with the internal quality team to provide suggestions on effective training plan for the new and existing employees
  • Daily team huddles to take the stock of the daily work and make alterations in the allocation (if required)
  • Ensuring that the knowledge articles are updated and signed off by stakeholders following are completed post go-live of the transition: SOP signed off.
  • Being an integral part of the global projects during the initial and design phases to ensure the end customer requirements are being met
  • Lead calls with Regional and Global stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 calls
Process Improvement:
  • Identify and drive areas of process improvement to increase efficiency and employee experience by changes and enhancements
Technical Knowledge:
  • MS office tools - Adequate working knowledge of relevant MS office tools (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS-Teams)
  • Quality checks - low to medium payroll impacting transactions
  • Process applications - Basic understanding of process applications to complete assigned tasks
