Responsibilites
The Team Lead will provide full employee life cycle management to manage the performance (service, productivity and quality) of HR & Payroll Administration team delivering day to day customer services to all employees and managers. Provide high quality and consistent advice and support in a cost effective and efficient way, to positively impact on customer effectiveness, efficiency and confidence. To supervise the administration of the end-to-end HR transactional activities associated with the employment cycle. To actively engage in the continuous improvement of the Business Process Services (BPS) Centre.
Provide leadership and overall operational supervision, management and support for BPS HR Services pertaining to HR & Payroll processing to ensure all transactional processes are executed accurately in a timely manner; maintain a healthy working relationship with the Clients (the customers) and controlling the service level to the Divisions.
Provide mentoring, coaching to the team. Responsible to ensure that the team members are able to demonstrate the required functional skills.
Develop a work culture that fosters application competence, service excellence, customer focus and business process knowledge.
Work together with HRO Operations Lead in coordinating the overall activities; operation, people development, process and system improvement and compliance of HR & Payroll Administration.
