to support the Director of Luxury Business Solutions -- a leading consultancy specializing in luxury retail, leadership development, customer experience, and recruitment.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment, is meticulously organized, loves people, and takes pride in delivering excellence with style. You'll be the right hand to the DIrector -- supporting across recruitment, training, and client projects, while ensuring daily operations flow seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment logistics: candidate screening, interview scheduling, follow-up communication, and document preparation.
Manage candidate database and track progress across multiple roles and clients.
Assist in preparing consultant comments, client summaries, and presentation decks.
Liaise with clients and candidates professionally and confidentially.
Training & Project Coordination
Support training preparation: liaise with venues, participants, and clients.
Prepare workshop materials (PowerPoint, pre/post questionnaires, attendance sheets, feedback forms, etc.).
Assist in post-training follow-up -- collate feedback, summarize reports, and maintain LBS training archives.
Coordinate coaching sessions, send reminders, and manage scheduling between coach and coachees.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience in executive assistant / project coordinator / HR support role.
Excellent written and spoken English (Mandarin is a plus).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and follow-through.
