Job Description


: Assisting the HR & Admin on administrative matters among others but not limited to :- Administration

  • To handle uniform order for productive staff
  • To perform any other duties as and when required by immediate superior
  • Assisting in developing and implementing employee training programs
  • Coordinating employee training sessions and seminars

  • Responsible to check the attendance every month for all departments
  • Collecting and maintaining employee data such as hours worked, leaves taken, and taxes
  • Processing payroll and ensuring accurate payment to employees
  • Responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues
  • Preparing and submitting payroll reports to management
  • Ensuring compliance with payroll laws and regulations
  • To Handle Staff Monthly Performance
  • To check Staff claims, medical claim and key-in for record
  • To assist on recruitment process
  • To perform any other duties as and when required by immediate superior.

Job Requirement:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration / Finance or equivalent with minimum CGPA 2.80 above
  • Good command of spoken & written of Malay and English language.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office i.e Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Possess positive work attitude, result driven, independent, must be well organized & self-motivated and a good team player
  • Self-motivated, result oriented and a fast learner
  • Must have valid driving licence
