Responsible for Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office & site.
Administrative.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Arrange related for documents.
- Receptionist task like answers phone calls, schedules meetings etc.
- Attending to additional requests by highest management as may be required from time to time.
Human Resource
- Assist in posting job advertisements and screening resumes.
-Arrange interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
- Collect and verify attendance data for payroll processing.
- Liaise with Finance/Accounts for salary disbursement.
- Handle work pass, permit renewals, or other HR-related documentation.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with local labor laws is an advantage.
