Job description 1. Manpower interview arrangement and recruitment. 2. To prepare orientation to new joint employee (Local Staff) 3. Workers / Staffs welfare monitoring. 4. Handle all administrative assignments that commensurate with the position. 5. Maintain and update the time management and leave system for monitor the attendance of all employees. 6. Update and filling documentation related with HR/Admin. 7. Assist workers in accident issue and update to HSE. 8. Update workers record to Health Matric System. 9. Arrangement for company\'s event with team. 10. Foreign worker & staff discipline consultation to of troubled workers. 11. To maintain office facilities and environment. 12. To diligently identify risks and report to HOD. Employee shall comply with all risk treatments. 13. Distribute letter and memorandum. 14. Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures. 15. Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees. 16. Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources. 17. Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies). 18. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations. 19. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, OT and etc). 20. Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures. 21. Prepare TNA every year to all Department. 22. Manage and purchase the grocery for office. 23. Follow up training schedule for every month to update in KPI report. 24. Adhere to company protocol as laid out in the Company Policy and Procedures. 25. To be responsible at assigned each risk area for the management of particular risk. 26. Maintain and responsible for 5\'s practices in workplace. 27.
