Now we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for HRBP to bring your talent to Noventiq Malaysia. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be a part of our Sales team. What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:
As a HRBP, you will be a part of international HR team and responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in Malaysia.
This job position will be dealing with different human resource-related issues with big focus on employee relation and engagement.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
  • Be an HRBP to work closely with employees throughout their career: onboarding, career moves and development, off-boarding
  • Answer employees\xe2\x80\x99 queries on HR matters, give quick and pertinent answers to their concerns and address grievances and discipline matters
  • Resolve complex employee relations: discipline, headcount optimization, conflicts, grievance, etc
  • Promote HR initiatives across the teams: coordinate with regional and HQ teams in the development and implementation of initiatives / communications / events with a focus on improving employee engagement
  • Develop and maintain diversified channels / platforms for HR communication to ensure employees are well aware of the company policies / initiatives / announcements / legal updates / sharing tips, etc.
  • Enhance the visibility, relationships, trust and values of HR among employees.
  • Provide day-to-day HR partnership to the managers (coaching, counseling, guidance for problem solving)
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Be responsible for payroll process responsible (throw vendor)
  • Be a hub to cooperate with other functional HR members to solve the issues related to insurances, other benefits, etc.; ensure back-up for C&B services upon needed (consultation).

L&D and Social Media activities:
  • Identify the training need for teams and individuals
  • Conduct and operate training sections for employee and intern
  • Endorse initiatives for attracting and retaining talents ;
  • Promote HR brand in Social media
  • Create an Annual project plan for EVP activities for APAC


Others:
  • Make or validate the HR reports upon delegation by requested
  • Keep updated about the labor market and HR trends, Industrial Relations and provide analysis and recommendations serving decision-making on strategic matters
Knowledge and skills:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in HR, Business Management or relevant major
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices; being keen on learning and researching on the matters
  • 4 + years of experiences working as a HR Generalist, Experiences in Technology industry is a plus
  • High level of verbal and written English skills
  • Malaysian nationality only
