Job description

:

  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Provide coaching and support to employees in understanding and achieving their OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
  • Identify and address blockers or challenges hindering individuals or teams from reaching their goals.
  • Develop and implement effective talent sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and make informed hiring decisions.
  • Design and implement talent management programs to promote employee development and engagement.
  • Ensure the successful implementation of performance management processes in coordination with the HR team.
  • Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Assess HR processes regularly and recommend improvements for increased effectiveness.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and insights for enhancing employee performance and engagement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for employees seeking guidance on career development and performance improvement.
  • Drive initiatives to foster a growth mindset culture and support employee engagement and retention.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in HR roles, with a focus on talent management, performance management, and organizational development. Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment regulations.
  • Experience working with OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) or other goal-setting frameworks.
  • Exceptional coaching, mentoring, and interpersonal skills to support employees in achieving their objectives.
  • Ability to identify and overcome blockers and challenges that may impede performance and progress.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies and processes.
  • Proficient in conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and making well-informed hiring decisions.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities to lead HR initiatives and programs.
  • Analytical mindset, utilizing HR data and metrics to drive insights and informed decision-making.
