Your new role As the HRBP, you will be tasked with, amongst others: Full spectrum HR which includes talent management, performance management, employee relations, HR budget and rolling forecast. Management of employee data, entry and exit processes. Implementation of HR policies, initiatives and to provide administration support to the senior management. To be the point of contact for all HR related matters. What you\'ll need to succeed Minimum 7 years of experience as a generalist. Individuals with commercial experience in manufacturing and FMCG is encouraged to apply. Bachelor\'s degree in HR, Psychology, Business or any other related field. Ability to work independently, with a proactive and solutions driven attitude. Competent in working with numbers on MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
