Your new role As the Human Resource Assistant Manager, you will be tasked with, amongst others: Full spectrum HR Business Partnering which includes, recruitment, communications and engagement with constituents, facilitate IR cases, and addressing HR related enquiries. Collaborate with line managers and offer regular HR support and advice. Implementation of HR policies, HR initiatives and to provide administration support. Act as the point of contact for HR related matters. What you\'ll need to succeed Minimum 10 years of experience as a HRBP. The ability to be hands-on with HR operations task and reports, Exceptional communication, articulation, active listening skills and stakeholder management skills. Candidates from manufacturing and logistics industry are encouraged to apply. Bachelor\'s degree in HR, Psychology, Business or any other related field.
