• Collaborate with business operations to ensure sustainability and achieve current and future goals through effective HR management.
• Deliver HR services accurately and promptly.
• Manage headcount and manpower costs in line with business strategies.
• Coordinate with recruitment for comprehensive HR services.
• Oversee talent development and succession planning.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
• Administer programs to align the workforce with company goals.
• Engage in employee engagement and welfare activities.
• Manage compliance training and performance evaluation processes.
• Handle corporate requests and industrial relations matters.
• Review and improve HR processes as needed.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in payroll administration.
• Maintain compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
• Develop compensation communication materials and provide advice on compensation-related issues.
• Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Quality & Information Security Management System Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the effectiveness and integration of QMS and ISMS into business processes.
• Promoting a process-based and risk-oriented approach to quality and security.
• Communicating the importance of compliance and improvement.
• Chairing management review meetings for QMS and ISMS.

• A minimum of Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business or any related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in the relevant field, handling full-spectrum of HR functions.
• Candidates with Shared Service/BPO/Tech background preferred.
• Well-versed in SAP system, analytical and numerical.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
