A HRBP for a well known Retail organisation with a strong presence across Malaysia. Your new company A well-established Retail organisation with a strong presence across Malaysia with upcoming plans to execute expansions Your new role Based in Petaling Jaya, you will be responsible to initiate and suggest process improvements for all pillars under the HR department. This position will act as the right hand man for the Head of HR liaising closely with the COE team and on-ground staff including Sales/Marketing team and Blue Collar staff What you\'ll need to succeed Strong ability to communicate with, and manage stakeholders from different backgrounds Strong experience in stakeholder management with proven experiences Preferably 7-12 years of working experience in Hotel, Hospitality, Retail, F&B industries or equivalent Generalist experience but well-versed in IR/ER matters and managing blue collar workers What you\'ll get in return Attractive remuneration package with allowances.
