Key Responsibilities:
Timekeeping
o Assist in recording and validating employee attendance, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
Administration
o Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs and other HR-related matters.
o Support the supervisor in data entry, filing, and organization of HR-related information.
Compliance and Legal
o Learn about HR compliance standards and assist in ensuring the company\'s HR practices adhere to relevant laws and regulations.
Onboarding
o Assist in the onboarding process, preparing new hire materials and assisting in orientation sessions.
Performance System
o Support the supervisor in effectively coordinating the performance process for direct labor employees.
Qualifications:
o Enrolled in a relevant diploma/degree program (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology)
o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
o Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
o Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
o Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
