Job Description

1. To plan, organize, coordinate, delegate and control all safety procedures, practices and systems under HSSE requirements.

2. To conduct monthly HSSE Committee & Driver Safety Meeting.

3. To ensure tool box meetings are conducted daily.

4. To ensure weekly rollcall meeting are conducted.

5. To monitor the movement of people inside the parking base for security and safety purpose.

6. To prepare annual HSSE plans and activities and ensure them being carried out according to plan.

7. To carry out risk assessments on customer sites, roads, approved rest areas, and black spots are checked and managed.

8. To ensure all temporary / permanent road hazards are reviewed monthly.

9. To ensure all hazards and targets identified accessed with proper controls and recovery / preventive measure (HEMP) are in place.

10. To perform drug alcohol test on Drivers according to schedule.

11. To perform PPE checks periodically.

12. To ensure Drivers submit their UAUC, near misses, possible incident daily.

13. To conduct/monitor staffs / Drivers safety training quarterly.

14. To organize and conduct Safety Campaigns.

15. To plan and conduct ER drill every year within our operation by location.

16. To conduct safety briefing to all visitors.

17. To be a part of incident investigation team and prepare incident investigation reports.

MJWSB\xe2\x80\x99s core business is providing transportation services for Bulk Petroleum Products (Contract No : PDM/SDD/72/2005/2009) in LAWAS, LIMBANG, SABAH and LABUAN to PDB. We initially owned and operated 30 units 10,000ltrs ~ 28,000ltrs Multi Product Trailer Tankers.
